THIN PLACES

‘Thin Places’ is what the Celts referred to as places where it is easy to get in touch with higher forces, the unknown. This work sprouted from the question: has the digital Cloud replaced the religious God? In what way are they similar, in what way do they differ?

Wall collage of drawings, partly on transparent paper, mounted on top of each other. 210 x 780 cm, 2020. Developed for 'The Future is Female' exhibition at CODA Museum in Apeldoorn, curated by Francis Boeske and Twan Janssen. photo by G.J. van Rooij.
